On tap at Southgate Brewing
A: Pours faintly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, juicy citrus, a touch resinous and grassy, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Really nice mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, orange, and a hint of guava, a bit resinous, biscuity slightly bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation,
O: I'm a sucker for Galaxy hops so I had to try this one. OMG! Absolutely fantastic. One of the best Galaxy beers I've hadin a while. I hope this one becomes a regular on the menu.
