We are passionate about real ale and the importance of using the best local ingredients. All our ales are brewed using our own well water which is mineral rich, pure and doesn't have any chemicals that yeast doesn't like! All our ingredients are recycled so that the local farm cattle enjoy the grain and the trees in the fruit orchards benefit from the spent hops. All our ales are hand crafted and naturally conditioned in the cask or bottle. We even bottle and label by hand!

Guests are very welcome to use our picnic tables and enjoy the walks and views that May Hill Brewery offers.
