A cloudy pale yellow in the glass with a nice head. Plenty of bubbles on the tongue.
Quite fruity and surprisingly rich. Sudsy light body that is refreshing. Lots of aromatics with a tangy bite. Taste of wheat malt is light but distinct. A hint of hops along with the citrus tang. Not too much of the herbal flavors, and on the whole it's mellow, crisp, appley, and just slightly grainy. A thoroughly pleasant Wit type of beer that is very drinkable.
From the 33 cl bottle purchased in Rennes. Rather optimistic "consume before" date of Oct 2014.
