Poured from a pint can into a Tulip style glass. Nice frothy light caramel colored head with good staying power and lacing. The body of the beer was a deep amber. Yeasty malt aroma. First sip is malty at first followed by asome hops bitterness. Overall this is a very good amber ale, and the best beer from the group of beers made by Berkshire for Big Y Supermarkets and Table & Vine stores, which are located around southern New England.

Very nice copper look with thick 3 finger foamy head that leaves a big amount of lacing, I found myself searching for any smells, taste good with some bitterness and a little nutty at the end

Only available at Table and Vine, West Springfield and Big Y, where ever that is - obtained for cheap at Table and Vine due to age. From the bottle, it pours a nice amber color with a light tan head that seems to stick around a bit. Some grain in the nose. Lacing in the glass. Pleasant slightly sweet taste. Not bad, considering it's advanced age!

Nabbed at Table and Vine in West Springfield, MA.
6.3% ABV.
Clear cut amber ale with no bells or whistles. A bit sweet for the style.

Brewed exclusively for Table and Vine and Big Y Supermarket.
This beer was true to form, three finger head over a hazy amber body. Spot on, very good.
Aroma also good, caramel malts and a light fruitiness, fresh bread, and a bit of citrus hops. Very slight sweetness as well but that just tied it all together.
Based on the above, the flavor was a bit of a letdown. Light malts, but the flavor faded very quickly to a weak bitterness. Overall I was not impressed.
Mouthfeel was clean and smooth. It went down well, but as mentioned before, did not leave a good impression.
Overall I'd like to give it a better rating but I can't. If they worked more on the flavor profile, this would be a killer beer. Given it was a one-off, perhaps they can do it for a future reformulation under a different name some day.
