Served in a sniffer at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a pale yellow orange color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Tropical, sauvignon blanc grapes, grapefruit, tangerine, toasted, biscuity, and caramel malts.
Taste: Nice mosaic hop flavor followed by biscuity, toasted, and caramel malts. Light chewy and bitterness in the rear.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, light bodied, a little chewy, light bitterness,
Overall: Mosaic wet hop is alright in my books. Will get some more before it's gone.
