Plaza Package Boozemobile Blonde Barleywine aged in Weller Barrels

Purchased at Plaza Beverages in Great Barrington - I came in looking for Sierra Nevada's annual Big Foot Barleywine, and the staff told me that they didn't have it, but had a 'house' barleywine brewed by Berkshire Brewing. Having enjoyed many of Berkshire's offerings over the years (they have been in business for many, many years) I decided to get a 4 pack. Poured from the pint can into a pint glass, this beer had all the bells and whistles I look for in a barleywine: sweet malty aroma, complexity in taste, and a kick ass ABV! It's not on the label but I was told that 'Boozemobile' was around 10% abv. My only complaint is that the 'Blonde' part of the name doesn't really match the color of the beer, which is copper in color; small quibble for an excellent barleywine!
