Had this collaboration at the Armsby Abbey. This had been aged an additional 6 months in their cellar. From notes on 8/18

A - Hazy rusty color with a one finger head that fades into nice side lacing.

S - Has a pleasant albeit faint sour malt aroma.

T - Similar to the nose, with very faint sour and citrus tastes. Not getting too much malt.

M - Alot of the carbonation one gets with a maibock is gone, leaving low carbonation yet still being smooth and creamy.

D - Sour, but not all that much. Its still light like a maibock and goes down nice and smooth. Still, really not getting as much wild ale style as I would like with this blend. Probably my least favorite of the BBC Sours.
