At Sierra Grille.
Light hazy copper/orange with a small off-white head. Turns to ring quite quickly but leaves pretty nice lacing.
The dry hopping definitely noticeable in the scent - nice strong spicy and slightly fruity hop scents combine caramel malt.
Citrus/floral notes carry over from the Amarillo hops, but not as strong as the smell. Dark fruits, caramel and bready malt still noticeable from the base beer, but the great spice profile is covered up it seems. Also pretty boozy and medicinal feeling.
Mouthfeel is bad...way too thin and under-carbonated as well, alcohol taste is a distraction, especially as it warms.
Not bad but I preferred the original Holidale for sure. Flavors were decent but even though the cask-ness probably contributed a little to the mouthfeel, that aspect of it ruined it .
