“Extremely Session-able Dark Kolsch” dry hopped with Saaz.

Pours dark brown with a pretty good light tan head and a bit of lacing on the way down as it forms a thin cap. The nose carries some very lightly-roasted malt along with notes of floral and herbal hops. The flavor is quite mild, hitting just a bit of light hop character along with very light malt. Quite light even considering it’s meant as a mild. Body is good. Light with modest carbonation and a slight bitterness in the finish. Overall, very creative and I could see this becoming a very solid brew with a few tweaks.
