Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange-yellow color with a thick two finger height head of white foam. The head has excellent retention, fading over time and leaving a good level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a tropical fruit smell of tangerine, guava, passionfruit, and mango. Along with these smells comes a strong oat bready presence and a big showing of grapefruit and a slightly vegetal hop.
Taste – The taste begins with a juicy and oat bready malt flavor with lots of mango, tangerine, papaya, guava, and passionfruit. There are also some raw hop flavors with notes of a vegetal hop and a big presence of a grapefruit and herbal hop taste. As the taste advances the bready hop fades all while some of the herbal and vegetal notes increase a touch. At the end a bit of peach and apricot join in, leaving one with a rather nice and diversly hopped and very juicy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is quite thick with a moderate carbonation level, both of which are quite fitting for the tastes and abv of the brew.
Overall – A pretty nice NEIPA overall. A bit heavy on the malt, even for the style, but rather nicely flavored.

Poured from a 16oz can stamped “BORN ON 05/10/2024 to a Nonic at fridge temp.
The body pours a murky light apricot. A proud ultra-white head sits on top and single layer in due time. Lacing is strong with 3D formations.
The aroma is orange/tangerine/apricot.
The taste is a wonderful take on what was smelled, but the finish brings a hoppier impression. There is an ever so slight hop burn at the end, but I’m caulking it up to the age of the can.
The mouthfeel is nice and creamy. Carbonation is just about right.
Overall, impressive, especially given that this can is 14 plus weeks old.
