This traditional German-style ale is brewed with a blend of pale wheat & dark wheat malts, imparting a deep, malty sweetness with hints of caramel, toasted bread, & a touch of clove. Fermented with authentic Weizen yeast sourced from the renowned Andechs Brewery in Germany, this beer features classic banana & spice aromas, balanced by subtle notes of dried fruit & a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel. Perfect for chilly nights & festive gatherings, this is a bold yet approachable brew that showcases the artistry of traditional German brewing with a holiday twist. Prost!

Clear medium brown, similar to a brown ale, with half finger of pale tan head.
Smell is slight toffee, mildly brandy-like dried stone fruit , as if it's been moistened (has some depth to that) , a hint of leather, and slight vague spiciness. That fruity aroma has some ripe fresh fig to it, when from the open can.
Taste is moist brown bread, raisin, prune, dried cherry, toffee, caramel, coriander, clove, and a hint of banana liqueur . Very light bitterness at the end.
Feel is medium, lightly viscous, with light very, very fine carbonation tingle, that dries it out a bit. No noticeable alcohol presence.
Overall, very nice. I could have this anytime, and drink it all day (if not for the 9% ;) ).
