BB march 2008. Brown beer with good and lasting foam. Nose is lots of the best honey, fine caramellic malts, litle hoppy with litle sour hint but overal very clean and fresh.
Taste is malty caramellic, honey, litle sour and a strange but good bitterness. Found also some berrytaste in it.
Mouthfeel is very smooth and has good carbonisation.
Drinkability is very easy; if this was brewed in roman times I wouldn't mind going back in time. But then probably not a clean as this one was.
