Dark bronze color. Nose classic yeasty belgian pale ale well but with a touch of honey brown that will crescendo. The mouth is easy, spicy (but not too convincing), especially with thyme subtle.
Honey is very quiet but beer is the road and gives a convincing bitterness in the finish which gives the drink an interesting balance.
