Murky copper color with off-white head. Aroma has sweet malt, candi sugar and floral yeast esters. Taste starts sweet and yeast forward, slightly astringent, some stale malt towards the finish, light earthy bitterness. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. A rustic Belgian ale, good but not really special.

Had this tasty at Delrium Tremens in Brussels. This beer pours a rich golden color with a fine cloudy body and some fine sediment. My pour left the beer with a slight head and light carbonation.

The bouquet is suprisingly flowery with a hint of rich malt and honey. This gave way to a smooth malty taste the envelopes the taste buds. The body is full and well balanced, not filling at all which is nice. This is a great beer to have 2 or 3 in an evening.

BB may-06. Good presentation with good and lasting head and a foggy orange colored beer. Nose is of good honey and caramellic malts and overal sweet and flowery with litle sour tone. Taste is good and gives you full maltyness and honeytaste. bit sweet but this usage of roast gives it with the light bitterness a good bite. Yes this bite with taste and good carbonisation makes mouthfeel very amusing and the beer very drinkable. Another great honeybeerexample from Monon.

Pours an orange-copper hazy color, head fades fairy fast. Smells of apples, malt, citrus, and pepper. Taste iinitially strikes you with a burst of big malt and apple flavors, which quickly shift into a heavily carbonated textures that mix well with the alcohol. Very refreshing and clean flavored, and not a bad value for $3.99 for a magnum sized bottle.

Amber-orange colour, quite clear. The foam is a little scarce, and quickly falling to zero.
The smell is very malty and sweet, with notes of honey, caramel, toffe, mou. Warm, but not too heavy.
Taste full malty. A good starting impact. Then a lot of fruity and citrus.
Discrete body. Good bitter aftertaste, quite persistent. Not bad.

Pours to an amber-orangish clor with a thick tan head. It has a spicy, medicinal, yeasty aroma. The flavor is fruity, somewhat malty, and has the medicinal/herbal flavors throughout. It is a medium bodied brew, which is very smooth to drink. A decent brew, just not on the top of my list.

25.4 oz. Champagne bottle, corked and capped. There's no freshness dating, but the label does state that it's a Category S biere (meaning that it starts with a gravity of at least 1.062 sg/15.5 P or above). Even after a lengthy (unmoved) cold storage, and with a careful pour, it remains cloudy. A very nice looking orange body is capped by a short but creamy ivory head. A rough pour will bring it up, but it drops readily to a thin surface covering. Very little lace is left about the glass. The nose displays a welcoming combination of soft fruit and mustiness. The body is light but very creamy due to a very fine, gentle carbonation that seems softly effervescent in the mouth. The flavor is rich without being overdone; displaying a sweetly honeyish and gently fruity (peach, berries) malt that's backed by a firm bitterness. It finishes dry with the hop bitterness building at the back of the throat as the residual sweet malt dissolves. Well-balanced! It's an exceptionally soft beer across the palate that has a high level of drinkability. Not a classic, but quite enjoyable!

Hazy, sedimented sienna-brown appearance. The head is fairly uniform in medium-bubble sizes, rises well on a decently hard pour. Laces in puffy globs. Slighly cheesy aroma, like the Bruin, but with senses of unripe peach and other fruits. Malts are sweet (some honey) and fruity, but mixed in with some esters and a seeming pitch of clove and oregeno. Good hop balance to this brew. Overall, a little thin and the complex tastes lack a lot of punch, so despite the multitude of perceived flavors I described above, this is more of a crisp and drinkable brew from Saint-Monon...
