150cl Sample glass at the 18th Essen Christmas Beerfestival on 15 Dec 2012.
Deep reddy brown body with a fast fading beige head.
I think I found some of the 'Thyme' in the nose, at least I tried too find it. Yeasty and malty notes hide the 'Thyme' mostly.
The taste was regular Belgian Christmas fare, spicy and heavy.
OK and different, would have liked another one, but there were so many to try.
