1l swingtop growler courtesy of buddhabelly. Served at 45F into a HF wine glass.

A: Pale yellow orange hue with a cloudy body typical of American pale wheat beers. Fine carbonation with a thicky blocky 2" head tatblasta forever and leaves heavy lacing on the glasd. Gentle swirling revives the head about halfway.

S: Tropical fruit from Citra and El Dorado hops. No hint of wheat yeast aroma, but I had heard this was femented with an ale yeast? Not true to style, but pleasant nonetheless...more of an APA nose, but not as strong as something like Zombie Dust or Fort Point Pale.

T: Citra hops dominate. Fruity and light. This is a summer beer. No hint of wheat yeast, but wheat was surely in the grain bill. Clean and refreshing. Somewhere between wheat and pale ale.

M: Bright carbonation leaves apthis beer light on the tongue. Despite the strong hop presence, this isn't slick or oily. I could drink this all dy at the beach.

O: A well execute experiment that blends styles in a way I haven't had before. Gret to try and I 'd certainly give it another go.
