On tap at the brewery. Served in a chalice.
Appearance - Hazy orange with a light pinkish hue. It's dark in here so it's kinda tough to tell.
Smell - Cereal and wheat graininess. Light raspberry.
Taste - Intense berliner acidity. Strong lactic acid. Sour raspberry flavor behind it. The sourness dies down a little bit into a cereal grain finish.
Mouthfeel - Light. Well carbonated.
Overall - Very nice berliner. Threatens to be too sour at first, but mellows out just enough.

Wow.
Arrives looking like a glass of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice with a small white head. Cloudy, of course. Ring remains and drops a tick of lace.
Smell is a bit weak, mostly tart/sour, yeast, citrus.
Taste is fabulous. Notes of raspberries, citrus, wheat, yeast, a hint of malt.
Light -medium body for the style, tangy, lightly effervesced. Really cleans the palate. Extremely refreshing.
