Smell: malt and bread sweetness is picked up by the nose.
Taste: malt, bread, brown sugar, some alcohol, and a mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium-heavy in body. Smooth throughout. Long lasting malty goodness.
Overall: a well done doppelbock that is slow sipping but satisfying.
