Drinking at a Peruvian Japanese fusión restaurant. Served in a pils glass. Smell is bready and soy sauce. Color is basic straw. Taste is nice bready malt with a very subdued soy sauce and spice-like flat bitterness with an overarching cucumber background. Refreshing and a good pair with ceviche or sushi. Unique
