Looks fine, with ruby brown haze and a full head of foam. Full smell of malt, caramel, coffee and hops. The taste is a bit disappointing though. It lacks the intense flavours you'd expect from a doppelbock. There is malt, there is coffee, some dark chocolate in an all in all dry doppelpock. Although its body is quite full, the taste is too weak for a doppelbock. Not bad, but there are better alternatives around.
