Dark brown colour, slightly ruby red with distinct cloudiness. Beige head, medium height, unstable. Melts into a thin ring and a larger island on the surface of the liquid. Leaves delicate "patterns".
The aroma is moderately intense, malty, bread-like, then fruity (dried plum), with notes of marmalade. Unfortunately, there is no rum aroma, which is a pity.
Only with time, after slightly warming the liquid, rum and herbal accents appear in the aroma.
The taste is a combination of sweet (malty), sour (fruity) and bitter notes, which may be associated with rum. Here, the balance is preserved.
The alcohol is generally well hidden. Low carbonation. High body. Smooth texture. Medium-long, bitter and slightly sour aftertaste.
