Pours a golden yellow, bright amber color with lots of bubbles streaming to the top. Got a dense but stable white head to it.
Smells of hay, old grass, peas and toffee malts. A bright, floral earthiness adds to the well working appearance on the nose.
Has a medium carbonation among a light, refreshing body, without turning edgy at any point. Has a nice balance to it, showcasing a clean build, harmonious flavor profile.
Tastes of slightly dry, herbal hops from the first glance, which get balanced by doughy malts, a hint of earth and toffee. Once this initial flavor profile is established, the beer does not change too much, at the same time it doesn't have to, since it tastes great. More malts during the mid palate, which get toned down by a dry, leafy hop punch, which stays till the end, ensuring a nice balance.
Fantastic example of the style, with a noteable, well dosed hop punch to prevent this from becoming overly malty and sweet.

Cloudy yellow with nice fruity flavor. Good foam that last long.
