Probably your best bet for the downtown area for bottle shops. They try to get some different beers from time to time. I did see bottles of Jester King in here, but I think that had to do with being leftovers from the Culmination festival up in Anchorage that they sent down after the festival was done. This store might not be that spacious, and all of the beers are in the back. Bunch of liquors and wines in the front. 4 tap growler system.

Percy's is your best bet for finding interesting bottles in Juneau. Consistently has things that no other shop in town even knows exists. Occasional out-of-distro bottles show up here as well, which is a nice surprise.
All beer kept cold in coolers, lots of singles 12-ouncer's available, both in bottles and cans, if you just wanna try something. However, not unlike just about everywhere in AK, buyer beware on hoppy beers - be sure to check bottle dates if that's something that matters to you. Things tend to hang around longer than places down south.
They've also got a 4-tap growler bar, which occasionally has interesting beers on tap.
