Cherubesque Belgian Style Strong Ale - 9.0% ABV - this pours a dark brown with a lasting tan head that was there from start to finish. The nose presents yeasty with some bread and sweet malt. The malt and yeast definitely come through on the first sip. Subsequent sips reveal caramelized brown sugar, corriander and spice. There is also a alcohol burn that finishes the flavour. A tasty little sipper.
