A Tripel with Brett Lambicus. Nose is pretty Brett heavy, a funky, barnyard scent. There is a hint of a floral, fruity smell peeking out, but the Brett keeps it pretty well hidden.
Brett is also strong flavour-wise, but the rest of the beer reveals itself a bit more. Banana, bread, funk and some alcohol heat. Booze is stronger than expected for a 8%.
Heavy, full bodied, low carbonation level. A bit of a chore. But nice flavour.
