Pours a crystal clear golden color with a big, fluffy head, which vanishes fast.
Smells of dried grass, fresh mineralic water and young straw. Has a crackery maltiness to it, which mingles well into the strawy foundation of the aromas.
Has a soft, lively carbonation with a very refreshing finish, among a light bodied beer, with a nice, dry aftertaste.
Tastes of a rustic, hearty hebal freshness, instantly producing a pleasant dryness from the very beginning. Has a rich hay flavor to it, setting a great working balance, together with a lighter white bread dough note. Finishes surprisingly easy, with a late, slowly uprising herbal dryness, which, once established, stays on the palate for quite a bit.
Beautiful Pilsener, very well brewed with a perfectly well established hop profile, benefitting from all the beer‘s other ingredients.
