Amazing pink, light purple color with a fast fading white head.
The nose is amazing and complex and one of the best ever. Lemons, flowers (Hibiscus!) limes, undertones of green stone fruit and funk. You just want to keep smelling and smelling this one.
Mouth feel is equally wonderful with super good balance and lots of inviting tart characteristics.
Flavors are as complex and interesting as the nose. Lemons, limes, oranges, lots of floral tones with sweet and perfumy hibiscus. Wood shows and the ginger element is pervasive but not overpowering.
This is a really nice, unique and delicious drink.

Growler into stemware.
A: Pours a deep fuchsia with a thin, short-lived, very light pink head that quickly disappeared into a fuzzy collar.
S: Ginger is the most obvious and noticeable with hint of perfumey hibiscus following. I get a hint of citrus although it reminds me more of lime juice than lemon. This smells very similar to what I remember Tiger Lily smelling like, as the addition of the citrus gets a bit lost in the tart lactic acid smell.
T: Super refreshing and clean flavors of spicy ginger, floral and perfumey hibiscus, and juicy sweet but acidicly tart lemon near the finish. The hibiscus is drying and lightly tannic, but the sweet aspects of the lemon wring it in. However, this beer is exceptionally dry as that sweetness gives way to citric acid, tart lactic acid, tannic hibiscus, and spicy ginger. Lemon lingers in the aftertaste.
M: As stated this beer is exceptionally clean and dry and leaves my mouth watering after each sip. Carbonation is tingly and tight, and similar to most other TRB beers. Light body.
O: I love that one beer idea has led to another…and then another. With each added ingredient the beer builds in complexity. Love it.
