A: Lots of pineapple aroma, lightly sweet, slightly funky with a moderate sourness.

A: Light golden color, clear, with a very thin head that quickly forms a ring around the glass.

T: Bright pineapple flesh, lightly funky and herbal, with a moderately light lingering sourness and faint oak.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slightly soft mouth-feel and light but pleasing acidity.

O: Awesome; the pineapple aroma and flavor is spot-on, juicy and ripe with a light acidity and moderately light sourness, very easy to drink!

10oz tulip at the brewery.

A: Pours a deep golden color with a very soapy and airy head made up of large bubbles. Spotty lace was left down the glass.
S: The nose is dominated by notes of tart pineapple with a touch of kiwi and a candy-like sugary sweet quality.
T: Wow! I've never had a sour flavored like this before. The flavor is that of pure, sweet, juicy, and delicious pineapple that tastes just like the super ripe fruit complete with the kiss of acidity. There's really not much else to say, the pineapple flavor is juicy up front, tart in the middle, and sugary sweet in the finish. The sweetness lingers on my palate long after the swallow. Tastes like candy at times, and tastes like the real fruit at others, with tons of sugary nectar. A pineapple lovers dream drink; liquid pineapple; are you getting the picture?
M: Medium-light body, soft and bubbly carbonation. Despite being sweet in flavor, the mouthfeel is still very light and drying. Very easy to drink.
O: A sneak attack surprise favorite of mine that I wasn't expecting to be so good. The base beer compliments what I assume is fresh pineapple puree extremely well, and the bite of lactic acid and what has to be some citric acid from the pineapple, balances the sugary fruity sweetness perfectly. Even if you're not a huge fan of pineapple, give this one a shot. In my opinion it's pretty unique among other sours on the market.

Not a lot of pineapple beers out there and many that I've had fail to really capture the fruit. This is it; pineapple juiciness, a subtle funkiness or herbaceousness, subtle acidity, soft medium body, and a bit of oak lingering in the finish.

They need to bottle this one!

Pours a very pale straw yellow with light haze...decent level bone white head that sticks around. Light funk and tartness on the nose, predominantly pineapple sweetness however. Light burst of tartness on the tongue, followed by juicy sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel. This beer works!
