Growler poured in to snifter.
A: Pours a lightly hazy dark lemon color with two fingers of fluffy and long-lasting white head that slowly collapsed into a fuzzy collar that left spots of soapy lace down the glass.
S: Huge tropical fruit nose full of juicy passion fruit. Smells of guava, mango, papaya, and pineapple. Faint hint of doughy brett. Fragrant and delicious smelling overall.
T: Follows the nose with juicy tropical fruit flavors over a clean and crisp pale and crackery malt backbone. Tartness is mild with a subtle lemon-like quality in the finish. Fruit flavor is sweet overall but there is a very light hoppy bitterness reminiscent of green mango or banana skins. I get a kiss of doughy yeast in the aftertaste.
M: Medium light body with a drying and crisp finish. The mouthfeel is smooth, lightly tart, and juicy with fresh hop oils.
O: An exceptional beer. The bugs could always be more complex, but the hop/fruit profile on this is masterful. I hope this becomes a rotating offering.

Collaboration brew/blend with Cellarmaker Brewing Co. A blend of pale ale and golden sour with passion fruit... aroma is dank and juicy, bright pineapple juice and passion fruit tartness. Taste is a smooth blend of smooth east coast IPA bitterness and tangy bite from the sour. Fluid and well balanced, this was a delicious pale/sour blend...breweries take note!!
