Had this at Rare Barrel when they had that tap takeover thing with Trillium after the dipa festival in February 2017.
Lots of fruit added to this one. Seems like their golden sour base influenced into an amber color, cloudy, with all kinds of strawberries, peaches, apricots and pineapple. Smell thin white head 1/5". Smells fruity and tropical. You sure this doesn't come with a little umbrella in the drink?
Taste is a little bit sour and a lot bit fruity. I can dig it man. Its like a jungle juice sour but without the cheap Everclear in it. Dangerously straddles the line between fruit juice and beer, but firmly plants itself on the "well its good whatever you call it" hill to die on. Does a pretty good job of not being overly acidic despite plenty of fruits used that are high in citric acid among others. Fears of being overrun by sweetness are countered by the light sourness and aforementioned acidity. Per usual, its pretty clean and doesn't drop any bretty funk notes or anything. If you like umbrella drinks check it out.

10oz tulip on tap at the brewery. Reviewed from notes.
A: Cloudy powdery tangerine color with a thin and soft cap of off white foam that faded into a soft collar and wispy lace.
S: Sweet peach and stone fruit nose. Subtle, earthy, jammy, strawberry as well, but I'm not getting much pineapple. Mild tart quality.
T: All four fruits noticeable in their own way if you think about each one as you drink. Peach then apricot to me stands out the most with pineapple being the least. Aftertaste is full of apricot. Strawberry is earthy, subtle, and jammy throughout. Doughy yeast and creamy brett aftertaste.
M: Creamy mouthfeel with a sugary sweet fruit quality balanced by a kiss of tartness, very mild acidity, and a drying finish. Medium-full body with a very full creamy chewy and smooth mouth with drying finish and a kiss of gritty tannins. Carbonation froths up on my palate but quickly dies down. Very effervescent and very smooth.

A: Bright strawberry, peach and apricot, light pineapple aromas, lightly vinous, with moderate lingering sourness.
A: Bright orange color, hazy, with a thin white head that quickly forms a ring around the glass with light lacing.
T: Crisp and bright with a strawberry, peach and apricot, light pineapple flavors, lightly vinous with a moderate lingering sourness.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation and lightly acidic.
O: Super Delicious; the beer has a great mixed fruit bouquet that is well balanced and complements the beer's sourness.
