On-tap at the brewery. Tulip.
A: Served a turbid, opaque, light powdery grapefruit juice color with a cap of fuzzy white foam. Soapy wispy lace was left down the glass.
S: Huge kumquat and lime zest nose along with juicy guava and a kiss of ginger. Hint of bright tartness. Spritzy nose. Smells refreshing and delicious
T: Follows the nose fresh guava up front followed by noted of kumquats and lime, with spicy ginger and citrus zest in the finish. I know it's grapefruit and no other citrus, but I really get a zesty lime/kumquats note out of this. The aftertaste is clean and bright with a lingering kiss of fruit mixed with the tartness.
M: Medium light body, crisp and light mouthfeel, clean tartness, bright carbonation. Light tartness mixes well with the lightly spicy ginger. Super crisp and refreshing.
