A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a pale golden yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of sour peaches, some oak, and tea like notes with a touch of funk
T: Taste is sour peaches, tea, oak, and funk. Mostly tea mixed with peaches. On the swallow there's some nice juicy peach notes that blend into some tea along with a little base malt, oak and touch of funk.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of body with a slightly creamy feel. Carbonation is lightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a fun one. Really nice flavors and complexity. I wouldn't have thought to mix these two together but it worked well.

2017 bottle poured into tulip.
A: Pours a cloudy chalky light apricot color with a couple fingers of soft and fluffy white head that slowly faded into a thick fuzzy collar and wispy film.
S: Jasmine tea really stands out in the nose and is such a noticeable and unique scent that I don’t think I’ve experienced in a beer before. The peach is light and delicate and has a slight candy-like quality to it, like peach rings or, given the jasmine, sweet peach tea.
T: Bright blast of tart acid up front followed by sweet and tart peach flavors that quickly meld into perfumey jasmine tea notes in the finish. The golden base grains provide a light crackery backdrop to the delicate adjuncts. The peach flares up again in aftertaste and is tannic more along the lines of peach skins. I get lingering hints of vanilla, earthy spice, and a kind of ambiguous apple/stone-fruit/pear sweetness.
M: Bright acidity and strong up front tartness, but not a harsh undrinkable acid bomb. Complements the flavors. A slightly chewy and heavier mouthfeel that is welcomed and definitely not bone dry like I was expecting. Carb is soft and fluffy. Mild tannic, moderate dryness.
O: Very unique flavors with the addition of the jasmine. This turned out great, and I hope they experiment with jasmine again.

Lauren Limbach 4.35/5 Strong jasmine tea nose and peach skins lead the way in this rich, earthy winner. Thanks Kevin L.

750 mL bottle into a Duvel tulip glass
A: Hazy yellow-orange in color, wispy head leaves almost no lacing.
S: Juicy, peachy, grassy aromas. Fairly punchy for the style. Floral aspect from the jasmine lingers for a good minute.
T: Flavors follow suit - peach and flower petals anchor the profile. A bit oaky midsip, grassy. Short, sort of watery-thin finish, with little lingering residuals.
Unique blend of flavors, the peach and jasmine combo are phenom. But the brew loses some points with its low viscosity and watery finish.
