Collab with Cellaramaker.
On-tap at TRB. Tulip.
Bird in Paradise TRB
A: Served a clear golden color with a thick cap of white foam that slowly faded into a wispy collar leaving streaks of lace down the glass.
S: Pineapple, kumquat, and lime nose with a hint of coconut and a lightly bitter quality. The pineapple stands out.
T: Fresh juicy pineapple mixed with tropical hops, lime juice, and the golden sour backbone. Toasted coconut is creamy in the finish, and not oily or greasy like sun tan lotion. I get lingering pina colada-like flavors in the aftertaste.
M: Medium body, creamy carbonation, smooth, lightly slick mouthfeel.
O: Drinks well. Not sugary sweet, just clean and refreshing tropical flavors.
