A: poured into a tulip glass to a golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two fingers of white head which fades to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of a surprising amount of peaches and nectarines for only being rested on the pits of the fruit. Nice sourness as well with some hints of oak
T: Taste is peaches and nectarines with a hint of vanilla and oak with some nice and balanced sourness. On the finish there's more tart peaches and nectarines with some more vanilla and oak with some lingering sourness.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is effervescent and adequate while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. It has some good flavors and a pleasant amount of complexity while not being overly sour. Really well done.

Rare Barrel had a period where everything was a one trick pony acidic single flavor profile. Now, they are again killing it. Great balance and flavors with nice tart.
