Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Peaches and Jasmine Pearl Tea
Peach Cruisin' is a blend of barrel-aged golden sour beer with peach. Freshly steeped jasmine pearl tea was added right before packaging to capture the delicate herbal bouquet. The lush floral aromas from the tea coincide with a rich jamminess from the fruit. Both fragrant and bright, the ingredients in this libation contribute to a satisfyingly balanced beer.

Murky bright yellow decently carbonated, white cap, quick lacing. Smell and taste are the same, but feature different aspects. Smell has sour peach, citrusy tea, brett, and flowers, where taste has the juiciness of the peach highlighted, tea is still citrus forward but has some herbs and earth, and the oak really showcases its expression. Really well thought our and balanced. End up being refreshing, playfully tart, and dreamily smooth even with a kiss of acidity. This is a really nice sour that can be enjoyed all year round! (And full disclosure, I'm usually not a golden sour or tea kind of guy!)
