A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly hazy yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger and a half of white head which fades slowly to a small ma with minimal lacing
S: Smells of fresh strawberries, hints of sourness, and some sweet pineapple
T: Taste is bright strawberries with some building sourness and a touch of funk. Nice light oak along with some pineapple sweetness. On the finish there's more pineapple and strawberries with a little more oak, a touch of funk and some slight sourness.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really great beer. Nice flavors, good level of acidity, and great complexity help to make this a really fun beer to drink. Tastes like summer in a glass.

Murky orange body with a finger of white foam. Smells strongly of oak, lacto, pineapple and strawberry, with mild hops, guava and flowers behind it all, clean. Taste is much the same, hops are felt more and the depth of the oak and fruit acidity joins well on the finish. As sour ipas go it is more acidic and oaky, which I found endearing, hops translated well.
