A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly hazy light golden yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of some nice funk, light sourness, and some faded dry hops
T: Taste is slightly sour and funky with some hints of band aids and horseblanket. hints of oak with some hints of faded hops. There's a slight white wine quality to this beer. On the finish there's more tartness, funky horseblanket, oak, and faded hops
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things. Carbonation is light;y effervescent but it is adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is outstanding. Really nice flavors, balance and complexity which make this a really fun beer to drink.
