A: Poured into a tulip glass to a clear straw yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of tartness and funky dry hops with a hint of grapes
T: Taste is hints of grapes up front before those mosaic dry hop flavors come in. There's a little oak and slight grape sweetness but mostly funky dry hop mosaic flavors
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is slightly effervescent while the light acidity gives the beer a drying finish.
O: Overall this beer is really tasty. the dry hops and light tartness are very pleasant with some really nice underlying complexity and flavors.
