A&S: Sediment on the bottom of the bottle. The beer is a pale translucent straw and has large bubbles rising up to the surface. The color later morphs into more orange as sediment is added. The head is just a light ring of white around the outside edge. The aroma consists of sweet fruits, mangos, nectarines, white cherries, and yeast funk.
T&M: The taste is tart initially and very dry. Stone fruits (apricots) and acidic characteristics as well. The mouthfeel is sharp and carbonation at first, but then a little watery in the finish
Overall: I don’t know how to perfectly describe it, but the yeast profile is really similar to most of their beers. Very interesting the bottle says apricot and nectarine pits, I wonder if that means they didn’t use the rest of the fruit in the beer.
