Appearance: Slightly cloudy straw-yellow color with a modest-sized white head that slowly faded. A nice-looking IPA.
Smell: White wine like notes from the Nelson hops dominate the nose followed by some mild fruit aromas.
Taste: I get some white wine notes with some mild citrus fruit notes in the flavor profile. The beer has a dry finish with some lingering bitter hop notes.
Mouth-feel: Fairly light-bodied with a moderate level of carbonation.
Overall: A good IPA which nicely features the Nelson Hops. The white wine notes, the mild citrus notes and dry finish are a good combination.
