A: Poured into a tulip glass to a bright and hazy orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of warming spices and vanilla with some slight hints of tartness
T: Taste is somewhat carroty with some warming spices and building tartness, hints of funk as well at times along with some dry oak and vanilla. On the finish there's more tartness, carrot, warming spices, vanilla, and a little band aid like funk
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is lightly effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is an interesting one. It's not bad and it's well integrated, but it's not really a mix of flavors that I'd want to find in a beer. Still well executed without faults.
