First shipment of Ambassador of Sour club since the Covid shutdown
Beautiful purple-rose color, low effervescence. Bouquet is an amazing mix of oak and grape and funk, which follows through on the palate. If Cantillon were to brew a wine-beer hybrid, this is what I'd expect. Alcohol is completely masked. Amazing brew.
