375 mL bottle into a teku glass
An elegant sour beer that borders on cider. Aged in brandy barrels, and there plenty of grape nuance in the nose. Flavors are full of apple and oak. Some earthy tea notes combine with apple to completely mask the relatively high ABV. It’s a fairly simple profile, but very easy to throw back.
These mixed fermentation brews Rare Barrel is releasing are next level. Looks like they went back to school during the lockdown.
