A- Pours a clear, clean copper topped by a 2 1/2 finger white head. Drops down to a 1/2 finger skim that lasts forever. Nice big blotches of lacing on the glass.
S- Intense and crisp fruity aromas. Mostly Pear and Apple. Slight yeast notes.
T- Crisp orchard fruits. Apple, Pear, etc. with some sweet malt. Nice little hoppy bite on the finish.
M- Medium-full body with medium-high carbonation.
O- This ale is interesting. Being the first Farmhouse-esque Ale I've had, I really wasn't expecting the fruity notes but I was quite impressed. There's no doubt in my mind that this would make a great summer beer.
