A- Pours a hazy Pale Yellow/Apricot colour topped by a bubbly 2 finger white head. No visible lacing on the glass. Lots of big carbonation bubbles visible.
S- Mild citrus along with some sweet yeasty and malt notes.
T- Citrus (mandarin orange?) and light maltiness, along with some light banana. Ends with a very citrus like bitterness. The banana note sticks around longer than the citrus bite.
M- Medium- High Carbonation with a light mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable.
O- If there's one thing I would have to say about this beer, it would have to be that it's drinkable as hell. Although there is a slight bite on the finish, the taste is extremely well balanced. A great beer that is not offensive in any way, shape, or form. This would make a good first for somebody to get out of the macro scene and into craft beer. Another excellent brew from Grimross.
