Serving Type: 750 mL Growler poured into a Grimross Tulip
A- Pours a hazy light copper/orange topped by 2 fingers of white head that dissipates farily quickly. No lacing on the glass.
S- Crisp apples and pears. Slight breadiness.
T- Apples and pears make another appearance along with a straight yeastiness. Cracker/bread on the finish.
M- Light body and high carbonation. Extremely easy drinking.
O- Fruity, effervescent, and sessionable. I have no doubt this beer would reach its full potential on a warm summer afternoon.
