Serving Type: 750 mL Growler from Grimross
A- Pours a hazy Pale Yellow topped by a 2 finger white head. Excellent Retention.
S- Funky, sour yeast. Brings up notes of sour grapefruit, lemon. Slight malt sweetness. Good balance of sweetness and tartness.
T- Same as the aroma. Good amount of tartness without being overly so. Nice balance.
M- Medium body and prickly moderate carbonation.
O- I never had the first gen Brett Saison but I can vouch that this one is some top notch stuff. Well balanced and refreshing. Always nice to try a new sour and even more so when it's a local one. Keep doing what you're doing, Guy's N Gal's of Grimross... you make some stellar brew.
