Clear pale gold with a smallish head with a little lacing. Clean light cereal nose. Light malt body, dry finish. Good crispness. Crafty but basic.

L- Pours a pale yellow topped by a fizzy 1 finger head that dissipates quickly. Light, patchy lacing.
S- Light grain aroma with an extremely light hint of grassy hops.
T- Grain, straw with a light grassy hop finish. Weird vegetal aftertaste.
F- Light body with moderate-high carbonation.
O- A decent crack at a German Pilsner from Grimross. Not revolutionary, but not bad either; C+ from me.

Sample at the brewery: Bright dark straw color. Flavors of cereal, straw, sweet grains, light cabbage, and floral hops. Medium slick body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, slightly vegetal, mostly flowery and grainy. Okay freshness. Lacking some complexity and citrus sharpness, the yeast feels a bit crapped. Overall poor quality craft.
