L- Pours a hazy pale yellow topped by a 1/2 finger foamy white head. light lacing.
S- Definitely lots of citrus going on in the nose. Lemon with sharp, spicy hops and a light cereal maltiness.
T- Pale malt, citrus (particularly lemon) and spicy hop notes. Definitely malt forward, hops play second fiddle but add a lot of character and complexity.
F- Medium-full body and low carbonation.
O- Very interesting and flavourful saison. Very approachable and delicious!
