Undated bottle at 42 degrees into a hand washed and dried JK snifter
Aroma – very light fruity nose
Head large (Four cm, aggressive pour), light brown with a pinkish cast, fizzy and rocky, rapidly diminishing to three mm ring and thin partial layer
Lacing – fair. Narrow partial rings of tiny bubbles.
Body medium amber, hazy, effervescent; some sediment in bottom of bottle
Flavor – light, hint of cranberry which submerges the orange; no hops, no malt, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light to medium, almost creamy, lively carbonation
